Where is MEGA AIR located?

You can find us at 106A Carmen Road, Hei Hei, Christchurch. for those of you needing to catch public transport, there is a bus stop around 400m down from us on Carmen Road. 

Is there an age limit?

To ensure there are no bruises or bumps, there needs to be a parent or legal guardian with all childern under the age of 6 at all times. 

Can I leave my childern at MEGA AIR?

If you are aged 13 or younger you need to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian while at Mega Air.

Do I need to book in advance?

It’s highly recommended you book in advance so you don’t miss out. Weekends and school holidays are our busiest periods and if sold out, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. So why wait? Book now!

Can I refund my booking?

Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What time should I arrive for my session?

To maximise your MEGA AIR session, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. This gives you time to put your belongings away and get ready to get Mega Air!.

During peak periods, including school holidays, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your session starts to give you ample time to find parking and check-in.

What type of ticket do I need?

General Session: $15.00 per hour with access to all activities (adults, teens and those above 110cm)

Pre Schooler Fun: $15 per hour (One preschooler and one parent or legal guardian supervision)

Pre Schooler Fun: $20 per hour (Two preschooler and one parent or legal guardian supervision)


Where can I put my bags?

MEGA Air is equipped with lockers to ensure the safety of your belongings.


Is there a weight limit?



Is jumping at MEGA AIR good for me?

It sure is! Trampolining is great for the mind, body and soul.
